Some answers... The apartment wasn't theirs, it belonged to his mother, who died recently. I posted a video taken from the balcony a while back. https://youtu.be/al61lZM47Jc Sold for maybe 10 - 15m. Cash buyer. Nice place but the service charge is about 4k per month. They have a huge inheritance tax bill too. So downsizing, they have an apartment in Nice, and a studio up in the mountains (1600m +). We have stayed there. They are selling that too. OK ? Edited on 09/11/2025 at 11:47:39.
