Neighbour just messaged Hamstress to say she was sorry we were moving. "Eh?" replied Hamstress. She'd seen the house on estate agents website on a map search. I has a look and yes it's still there, showing as Sold subject to contract. As it's near 2 years since we bought it I've asked the agents to remove it!
