In the garden, 33 sq meters looking back to the house, the kitchen and back bedroom above is triangular

shaped and follows the wall form of the barn, back to touch the 'main house'.
Where the ladder is, that's about 180cm wide. It's 3.5 meters (internal) at the garden door end.
When I bought the house the half height stone wall in front of the ladder went up all the way up to the loft. The supporting wall to the right connected with it where the left ladder rail is.
In those days to get upstairs you had to go down the 6 steps (80cm) into the lounge, cross 9+ meters of lounge to get to bottom of the staircase, then up sixteen steps, walk back along the landing, then acess the back bedroom by going up 3 steps.
The cellar, 1st floor, loft, all have the same floorplan as lounge .. an odd shape, 50sq m for cash.
There's another light in the cellar, in front of the 2k oil tank but it has an independent switch. Could have done with putting it on but stuff in the way I've pulled out of 'front of house' cellar that needs to go in the barn. Home (n garden) looks a mess because it is a mess [work in progress, surely? ed]
