Sounds like my tenant has caught the sun, lobster red hopefully….. Must have been sunning himself all summer. Has come home to his valentines cards, CCJ’s and legal notices. He will move in 28 days but only subject to me paying him £5k, plus let him off 4 months rent. Seeing as it’s nearly x mass, and I’m in good spirits, I may send him a card explaining blackmail and money extortion charges.
