mentioned this speaking to a sister earlier. she says family with autistic adult, children they get a budget to spend on cars, got a 'big truck'., bit vague all told but I said 40k worth she said yes defo. they have to spend the budget or reduced or summat. friend of her friends sister blah blah. 1/3rd of new cars sold are bought by gov to give to people with 'mental health' problems. (that stat is at least a year old)
