cheers jon. I had a Shit birthday but that was a low point in terms of leg, fleas, and the kitten I gave

away.
When I made the video it was a bit better, monday, then it got worse, tuesday being the low point.
Wednesday I went back to see the kitten again and gave the guy a litter tray and a half bag of expensive cat litter. After that 2nd visit I felt ok about the kitten.
Since then ... yesterday and today, I've ... fixed my knee! Well relived it in terms of lock knee, under used muscles. See some of the vids I posted. chair stretch, and .. i may not have posted the one about rotating the hip., or 'not locking the knee' but will do.

Only taken 10yrs!!

But this last month, wow. when your shin bone and ankle ache and your knee is like a football.

Big bump I had in lower back had reduced, now fully gone, ability to lift my right leg to put a sock on when sat on a chair, fully returned. shoulder and neck ok.

Couldn't have done it without youtube info. Maybe walking down stairs will again become painless and unconscious.


(this final push began in march when my back as well as leg were forked and i lay on the floor face down arched my back and forced my knees together.) ...
