own nothing be happy. Video 2 years old now and all this upgrading of property to a minimum of D gone a bit quite for the moment. Likely be will be back on the radar in <18months as we hit (early 2027) and three years to go before 2030. I think my place would currently be a G but it could be raised to a possible D with a sympathetic reasonably minded gov tester - cellar work, insulating the barn wall that joins the house. To get any higher than that though you have to start using 'renewables' to actually heat house, and possibly water too. Water not such a problem as makes sense and I've got loads of roof space facing south. Whole house with heat pump ... possible also with maybe 15grand.
