I look at the balconies and windows around here. They all have shutters and theres never more than 30% open at any given time. Flat I used to rent, not seen the shutters open once since I left it ten years ago. Dunno why they have shutters as there’s next to no crime. 🤔 Maybe that’s why there’s next to no crime.
