dirty word in france. nothing done is what's best for manking, rather, what's best for renault, psa, and edf. Mintel, and secam. other great french ideas that went nowhere eventually. France to date has had zero input into anything at all tech related and net related. the only thing they've got is the crummy idea of electric cars. That's it. (don't count the space agency launcing from Guyanne., that's just a pet project waste of time and money but keeps em busy and off the streets) The trains were good, and so were the motorways, but now like the tour de france more about money than just giving tax payers a decent service.
