great doc on 'The Rhodesian Bush War' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4NdqeV0o4U My Aunt Penny lived out there, came back to the UK around 1980. I was in her neck of the woods, berkshire/surrey area circa 1992 ,come down from Brum to see my mother in Bracknell and somehow arranged to call in and visit her ... but couldn't find her house!!, and gave up. (we did speak on the phone when I found a phonebox but ... pre sat nav, I didn't have a local map .. so any stories she might have passed on never got through. (I hadn't seen her in at least 20 years, and not seen her since, my dad's cousin I think) I used to have a a good novel on the subject, Wilber Smith type action advernture, but can't find it, nor remember the title or author. But it was a very dirty war and robert mugabe ruined the country. Always bet on black, as wesley snipes told us. (although he fukced up and got cancelled)
