u'll all (grand audience of 6) be thrilled or depressed in equal measure 2learn I've jacked the floor up 50mm. That's up not down. Again for the hard of thinking amongst us, I've Raised the black and white tiled floor in the front room, not Lowered it no. Raised, not lowered, by 2 inches .. where it was sagging,.. and without breaking any heating pipes. Course getting it to stay that height when I remove the jack and tackle is another thing entirely but I will be working on it.
