Each additional acre: An extra US$50. Belonger: Less than or equal to 1 acre: US$10. Each additional acre: An extra US$3. House tax House tax is a flat rate applied to the annual rental value of a property and applies equally to belongers and non-belongers. Annual rate: 1.5% of the annual rentable value. Assessment: The Inland Revenue Department assesses the value, which is based on the property's potential annual rental income.
