Yup, that sums it up. Remember... .. at the height of the 'pandemic' it was decided that what was REALLY needed were thousands and thousands more ventilators, so one of the big firms (can't recall the firm, wasn't Black & Decker was it..) switched production to ventilators.. Remember that ? Probably been memory holed since.
