thanks OP, last scan was about 2 years ago i think. she was supposed to have this one in September but kept putting it off. Hoping the fact it is just on one ovary and the other one is unaffected is a good sign. The consultant said she'd only remove one. Wife said she'd rather just have full hysterectomy to which the connsultant said she'd assess if the cyst looks dodgy
