Would it be deliberate - what I mean is would someone be able to "crash the board" if they wanted to?
(Why would anyone want to?) Or is it a bug somewhere that doesn't trap a particular class of error and the whole thing falls over. So in that sense "blame" might be upsetting for someone easily upset, or for some reason sensitive?
I did notice when I moved from Citibank to NatWest the culture was very different indeed. Citibank was "best efforts, no tears". The traditional approach at NatWest was all about "blame" and how to avoid it. Was very odd.
What's "blame" here - presume a jovial, jokey word that for some reason, known or unknown, caused a meltdown
Odd to watch but In think I'm missing some important bits of information, and likely always will be
