Decent effort by Rishi I think. Zac Goldsmith suitably grumpy. No reason on earth why the UK should impoverish itself further with the green stuff. Charge for use of carbon by all means - money is the best way of rationing scarce resources, also drives technological change Not very good for the residuals of EVs!!
