I'm going to put a 6 foot by 20" shower pane in. Should shed some light on matters. Have it over the doorway in from the kitchen. I was going to put a 180 x 45 double glazed unit it, but I'm going with the single glazed shower unit, and then can always use the double glazed internally if I create a drylined box warmed section for stairs and laudry room. Laundry room would be on exernal kitchen wall (to right of existing doorway into barn), basically a washing machine and a sink, somewhere to put an ironing board and vacume cleaner.
