Me. Interior of lounge now It's 5.5meters, across the front left to right 8meters deep front door to back where I'm standing, 9 meters let to right to where side window is (approx south facing) so ... I call it 50sq meters. Dead space behind picadilly picture can become kitchen zone. Wc to left of side window to be moved left, just past chimney flu. Door to be parallel with side wall instead of facing into room. Nice view out of that window, now (or 10 minutes ago to be fair) Cat pics to follow when I get a decent one!) That door is cheap, and made to measure etc. but still, not giving it away. Inflation inflation all around yet not a pound to be found (for many)
