Holy mary mother of god he sounds like a right monster tinkerer. You've spoken of him a lot over the years
but never mentioned him having an interest in sound reproduction or turning his house into a fog horn hifi inclusion zone.
I have to say the current set up I've been using for the last month, holy maloni, this room is a fking killer. A lot of 'room talk' in joh huh's video, and this room, with this setup, is fantastic. I've essentially got 200 sq meters .. and volume, a huge total of err .. 200 x 2,35 ceiling height average over 3 floors
= 470 cubic meters
I wonder what Mickey would say if he could sit in this reclining chair with the 104/2 special edition kefs spaced abour 18feet apart and 12 feet from my head, run from the scan dyna 2400, playing back something recorded off the dual 1249 with a supertrack shure cartridge to the JVC tape deck.
He's probably say, .. yeah it's alright that, not bad, .. not bad.. actually tho, fook me, it's really fairly decent en all/
