Had another one recently, been wanting carpet replacing with laminate for a while. Nothing wrong with the carpet so give em the standard "talk to the agent" response. Latest is they have offered to pay for it. Ok, money upfront then. No response yet. Edited on 26/05/2023 at 16:47:58.
