Like this place, double glazed, manual shutters (good in a powe r cut) wood panelling, a usable proper

garage (sous vide (empty space) that's actually practical, not just a crawl space) fully insulated lounge underfloor (polystyene 4inches thick)

but because they have oil fired central hearing, classed as F and the costs (made up figures) of running the house at 19 degrees between october and mid april ..

'Montant estimé des dépenses annuelles d'énergie pour un usage standard : entre 2 790 € et 3 820 € sur les années 2021, 2022 et 2023 (abonnements compris).'

https://www.leboncoin.fr/ad/ventes_immobilieres/3171881489

(there is no standing charge (abonnement) with oil fired central heating, dur, I know, one reason EDF aka the french government want shot of it), and a house like this, 80sq meters, well insulated, would not likely not consume more than 500 litres of fuel, which before the latest made up fking crisis would have cost 300 huroooes*.

The idea an A rated house that will be hot in summer, has no cool 'cellar', no loft height to manage heat, and uses a 4thousand watt heat pump will cost less than a grand a year to keep a house at 19degrees, total lies, perpetuated by a corrupt and cynical state, chocked to the brim with useful fking tw@ts taking governent money as 'salaries for being unthining and obediant and useless' and currently on holiday in their camping cars.

[Why is diesel not refined in France???? Because eDf. and saving planets. They refine petrol, but not diesel. Diesel is cracked off before petrol n the distilation cycle, it's fking easy to refine, but this government, this eu and their wef blackrock adgenda treat people like idiots (ok many are, but still, it's not the governments job to encourage idiocy, it's their job to encourage intellegence .. that's what they tell us everytime they get up and ask for a vote) and so diesel is refined elsewhere and so costs more as it has to be 'bought to france'.]

Another thing that puts me off a house I see ... smart meter istalled! These people (running west europe) are the absolute worst. Nato, eu, wef, starmer.......... david lammy, ed milibank, von der toe rag, mark rutte, macron, Israel, joe biden, camila harris!! Justin Trudeau, that fukcing from new zealand with the big teeth, //

*last time I bought oil, 2001, rented house, paid 16p a litre.
