out of luck. I said why don’t you try flogging these mobile phone things, so happens I know where you can get them , said Cauldwell of course. So Mick has a go. He put an ad in the paper and couldn’t handle the demand. Pretty soon he opens a shop and soon he is clearing 7 grand a week. ( about 1988 / 89) being Mick he doesn’t believe in Vat, taxes of any sort, paying suppliers etc so after a year he is on the run pockets stacked with cash. You can have it if you want Den he says. No ta Mick I say , don’t fancy being a shopkeeper..
