Poor Ol'Bwana lol...As I understand from DR...'s explanation, the tremour in the left arm is a result of
slow,age related deterioration in the capillaries (at approximately spinal level 6) which feed that part of the brain (nerves) controlling the arm .
He would like a further MRI to check to level 7 in order to enable an orthopedic surgeon to ascertain more precisely the location of the deterioration (and its neurological effect) and to determine what treatment , including surgery, might be necessary .
