Similar. Long standing back thing from an injury in my 20s
Ankle too, multiple sprains over the years. Now one is visibly bigger than the other, and always a bit stiff.
Knee issue too. Wear and tear
Used to go to an osteopath for the back for a couple of years. Fat useless gob%&!*@e. Did fk all.
So I went to another one. Walked in the room, fella takes one look at me
“You’ve got flat feet” he says, “Thats half your problem”
Explained the alignment thing and advised I get arch support things for me shoes, which Ive used since.
Back and knee much improved since, not gone but much less trouble.
Also use the inversion thing from time to time which provides relief when the back flares up.
