Soft Southerners on dry January?
Our local the Taps was busy as usual both times on this visit. Though the beer place a few doors down closed down after Xmas, citing 'far away bureaucrats'
Ditto the Swan and 3 Cygnetsml - half full in the afternoon.
Sam Smiths brewery must own their estate outright. Wouldn't like to be leasing a pub or borrowing money to open one in this environment.
Revolution bars in administration I read. Tough times in hospitality.
