Every single experience in life teaches you something...
I remember my first pay packet, a little brown envelope, packed with bank notes.
That was while I was employed as a 'can lad' (cooks, tea maker general dogsbody) on a construction sire in an oil refinery at Milford Haven.
Jeez, that taught me a lot about people.
I was still at school.
My parents had gone on holiday to Ireland, got my O'Level results whilst working, Mostly 'A's and a couple of 'B's.
