Regarding the virgin cocktails... I was a barman at the 'Monkey Bar' nearly 40 years ago, Quincy Market, Boston Mass. We offered many 'virgin' cocktails. daiquiris , etc etc. Mango, Banana, strawberry etc. I mixed them, served them, earned tips dues to my English accent. Never once heard them referred to as 'mocktails.
