One building CSY , biggest, now owned by US private equity so covenant good. Building in good condition , surveyed last year. Shortish lease but they will renew I reckon Second building ( about 300 yards away ) is let to Quite well established local co that manages forestry as far as I know. Just office work. That building is in good nick too, tenants made a number of improvements. That have an option to buy at more than I value it in the sale price of the company. 10 year lease.
