I still prefer miles (and feet). By a long way ... I can't judge weights and volumes. I entered a competition the other week, 'guess the weight of the bucket full of hops'. Gave 22kilos as my answer. Got home and thought,... what the hell it was more like 32! Needless to say the phone never rang to tell me I'd won (the speedboat, dishwasher and cuddly toy).
