I did enquire about 5 days ago. I might have missed the reply. I'm glad it's getting better! NOt ideal when you're on holiday. A bit like dying when you're on holiday. Not ideal. Dying's worst of course but at least that's quick and you don't have to deal with the consequences. THat's for other people in the entourage to sort out. A debilitating painful back or knee is no joke.
Falling overboard is possibly the worst way to go (if cruising). NOt only could you face a slow death as the cruise ship steams away in the night and you await the first nibble from sharks but loved ones never get proper closure.
My advice therefore in light of the above evidence to you is to pull yourself together and consider yourself very lucky indeed at succeeding at not having being eaten alive at sea. I can't say treat yourself to something to celebrate as you do that all the time anyway. Life being one big treat. Maybe go without something for penance. SHave off the top of your hair and wear a sack cloth, limp around in the midnight sun renouncing capitalism and consumerism, while wacking yourself on the back with a piece of wood.
THis might also help your back even more.
