Right. Or should I say, exactly. Claw hammer. I knew the guy, it was a revenge attack as I'd sort of thrown
him out the house a week earlier, breaking my hand doing so. We'd gone out on the pull to the Wednesday grab a granny night at the Hen and Chickens. Got back to my house (I was living with my dad having not long come back from Israel) with a pair of 38 yr old stunners. 4 in my double bed but Wayne's pull decided she wanted to be with me and her pal. Wayne was not impressed when asked to 'go downstairs' and while he initially went he then came back up and proceded to grab my guitar and attempt to smash anything and everything with it. Quick as a flash I jumped out to stop him smashing the Epiphone and a fight ensued with the naked girls on the bed watching on in shocked surprise. This was not something they had expected to happen as they booked the cab to take them to the Hen and Chickens. I broke my knuckle on the back of his head, pulled him out the room and pushed him downstairs and out the door. I was lying on the bed, my arm in a cast, a week later and he bursts in with the hammer, smacked me on the shinbone with it as I held my one good arm to protect my head ... while continuing to scream Dad! DAD!! He arrived and the situation was diffused. If he had been out ... well I'd have had to rely on diplomacy. Wayne ... now think about this, this is not the time to go to Windon Green, not now, not when you've got so many more FOrd Fiesta sills to weld on, not now with so many ALlegro ball joints that need you, and besides yours was a bit rough to be fair anyway .. Wayne .. stay back ...
