7 days???!! I forgot that!! Not just a question of manyana (I thought it was pronounced man yana) it took all my spare dough buying parts, waiting for their arrival, etc. Tackling the ABS without a pressure pump and the right hose connections not something I fancy starting and then finding I can't finish. I don't even know where the problem comes from. I do know that when the ABS light is on the ABS doesn't work. The brakes do, but the wheels lock up, as tested yesterday on a damp route descent. There's no brake fade, but there is a problem if you press the brake quite firmly, release, and then brake again ... the brake pressure is gone and you've only a hard pedal that brings the car to a very leisurely halt. It could be the master cylinder. Most likely is... But I'd need to buy one hoping that's all it is. I'll look into it.
