Pakistan they love a few wind turbines they can fix in the back garden when they break, they must have loads right? No.
THe Democratic REpublic of COngo, they get some wind there particularly in AUtumn, they're bound to have a shed load of power generation by wind, right? NO.
Argentina, they just nearly won the world cup and must have a stack of em by now. No.
