Row harder. Dangerous sport it seems. No 2 ended up in front of a cardiac nurse , u suspect, after training too hard. ECG, blood tests etc. All clear in the end and raced in the Durham regatta on Saturday. Until the bow's oar hinge broke free. This kind of thing is the indoor rowing training. Much harder than on the water. .
