Illegal immigrant walks up the beach at Dover and finds a bottle. Uncorks it and a genie pops out. I am the government genie it says. Usual stuff, 3 wishes etc. immigrant says I want lots of money. Whoosh a bank account appears on a computer with £1 billion in it. I want a beautiful house says the illegal. Whoosh a mansion in Holland Park appears with deeds in the immigrants name. I want to be British says the immigrant. Immediately the computer, money and house disappear. The immigrant cries , what happened. You are British now says the genie , so you get fcuk all.
