from my calcs below fr house prices round here, up 6fold since ... call it the yr 2000 for cash. But possibly 1998,.. possibly 2002. Essentially whenever the euro came in ,,, checks stats ... The euro was introduced as an accounting and electronic currency on 1 January 1999, replacing the European Currency Unit at a 1:1 ratio. Physical euro banknotes and coins entered circulation on 1 January 2002, becoming the sole legal tender in the initial 12 participating countries after a transition period that ended on 28 February 2002. So yes, 6 fold round here in 24 years., but call it 26 for cash.
