Simple eh? We bought a new one recently. Ordered from Amazon. Delivered to TropicalShipping in Miami. Sea shipped that took nearly a month. Our Customs agent does the paperwork for which we pay. We go to the port to pay the import duty and wharfage. Then obtain a pass for our truck to enter the port. Wait in line. Pay the fork lift to lift it onto the back of our truck. Then drive it the 7 miles or so to The Mill up the hill to the house where 6 blokes manually unload it and roll it into the laundry room. Our maintenance guy installs it after chopping the existing woodwork about cos the machine is bigger than the last one. First wash about ten weeks after order. People think it’s easy.
