Sounds like a fking nightmare. I've been thinking about the suffering but I know this won't help 100%. Rest assured though, me and countless others [10, ed] have and are thinking of you and your ordeal : puffy hampster-like face, inflamed gums, sore head, tough diet of coconut, apple juice and liquidized pain killers as unable to chew. This as well as having to actually pay a lot to have it done. The best news I can give you is : it will soon be over and next thing you know you'll be preparing to take a group out on the boat to celebrate the end of 2025 in style in the carib. All bottles overboard. (or eating multiple pizza in the restaurant and smiling for the tourists pap shots)
