The joys of being a landlord...
My mate sent me this:
Had the most stressful week last week:
(1) hit a curb and %&!*@ed my car tyre
(2) had a leak in the flat that flooded two flats beneath and wrecked a room in my flat (no landlords insurance)
(3) dish washer %&!*@ed and kept tripping out electrics
(4) toilet inlet valve %&!*@ed. Very stressed. Drank a lot.
