I don't know he doesn't go into technical details, the video is about a plandemic setup that was acted out in October 2019. We get an intro and a viewing of the plandemic meeting where various bods are around a conference table before an audience playing 'role play type scenarios. Then it cuts to the actual documentary and they mention the IBM patent issue in relation to 'the then discovery' that a heck of a lot of patents were filed for corona viruses. I don't actually know what OCRd is. But I've not watched the whole thing yet. I'll let you know, but I think the only relevance IBM has to the 1 hour 30 minute documentary is that due to IBM researchers were able for the first time to gain free access to who had patented what.
