Russia's main oil buyers are China and India (combined 85%), which have significantly increased their purchases,

especially since 2022. Other major buyers include Bulgaria, Hungary, and Slovakia, and Turkey is a large buyer of Russian oil products.
All susceptible to Trump’s ire and tariffs.
