Beef carpaccio innit. Hardly cutting edge. You can get it in every restaurant on the cote. They will soon find out that getting regular supplies of the meat here is a nightmare. We have a sea teeming with excellent lobsters , conch and some ok fish. I see none of them. Where are the octopus coming from? The freezer is where.
