I played the last one with turn off light instructions, see Jodie Foster in Contact, some of something
I've forgotten now, but can't hear it as I'd have to turn my macca mix tape off. I did get a bit of it, orchestral etc. Reminded me of the blue wall run over by a speed boat, allegedly Chinese, you see the footage and it ends as the boat is turning back for more fun. Stayed with me that, wondering what happened, and why they would do that. It's one thing thinking Nick Cave is a musical genius and kate Bush crap it's quite another chasing down blue whales in 200HP speedboat. Le enfer c'est les autres. Anyway, I always liked this along with the video Army Dreamers https://youtu.be/QOZDKlpybZE?si=7zxDlhV9bW5QlgyL
Add off the same album, The Infant Kiss (she did the album artwork) https://youtu.be/ORAQITI1Gxw?si=czSB2jAzOrxbw7ua

i'll give your turn off the lights another go when the tape endz. I don't love everything every artist does, it's just a question of how highs the highs are. In Kate Bushs' case, like John Elton, Supertrump, Elvis Costello, Queen, George Michael, John Lennon, ELO, George Harrisson, there's an awful lot of very very good very very highs. Depeche Mode, Slade, somewhat few fewer. Oasis, Blur, Joan Armaplating, Tracy Chaperson, Peter Gabriel, Punk Floyd, King Crimson a few less. Pilot, Tom Petty, Adam Ant a few more less. Gary glitter Band, The Fall, Tony Ferrino a few more less etc.
For me no one quite beats Kate Bushes melodies. Like 'The Geezer With The Child In His Eyes'. Not throughout the whole song, but at the start. "I hear him before I go to sleep@ etc. Same with Hammer Horror, Infant Kiss, Withering Heights,. there are parts of the song where her melodies are just beyond compare really. I could do a mix tape of all her best,.. but then it would need to go on the list of things to do, and could take a while to get round to if order respected. Probably pointless and cancel the idea would be my final analysis, let the record(s) no pun intended speak for itself
