Been here 1 month on this visit. And what a month.! 2 car crashes in 1 day ( after 25 odd years without ) Bought the house. 2 visits to the Police station, where ( after much shouting in Arabic ) swift and equitable justice was administered - both occasions in my favour. Paid some tax 😮🙄 Paid a water bill. Around £10 / month for fresh, untreated and ice cold ( even in summer ) spring water piped directly from the mountain to the house. Bailiff at the door - told him to fcuk off. New lady friend - le Chat 🐱. Whom has just Chat / Pissed on lounge floor. Home next week then back here to crack on with the renovations. Undecided on whether to go the Denc or LP12 route with the renovations. Denc's method gets the job done but has no FM or vinyl soundtrack 😅😂 Looking for doors today. Pleased to see the electrics in the riad part of the house have been modernised to 15a supply. Edited on 09/01/2026 at 13:12:26.
