marked on advert, 69k. 8% fee on top of that. 5,500. 863€/sq m .. hardly giving it away! But you can expect that with the situation vis a vis not overlooked and likely on a quieter road. It's nice looking place and if I was in 2006 and living in this house it would be done up faster and I'd be in there b4 xmas. As it is, walking to the shops is 'work' so we'll see. Got to do something though., I don't want to spend my retirement in this place.
