right. good point. So .. we could be looking at he had a budget of 45,000£, got that into hurusses which would have given him ... ffsake, 67,000 huruesses so on that basis, he bought a 2bed, 65 sq meter, on the 5th or 6th floor, with a lift, 62,500, 4.5k in fees max and had some cash left over to hire a push bike with a trailer. Flat now worth ... 375 hurooes,.. which given that we don't know anything about the size of his flat but assuming it to be a 2bed and around that size and that close to le plage, a fair assessment. £45.000 in 2002 = 375,000 whoorooes in 2026
