I have some knee news news on the march [geddit!!] but i'm holding off on delivery in case I don't have the hoped for medical self=treatment breakthrough. But in a nutshell, after going thru hell my knee cap popped on friday, (lying on my back on the carpet .. I think knees were bent) Also, I've drilled down to the problem areas, identified the issues remaining, and am working on getting that bakers cyst (simolian fluid_ approx) to go back into its sac behind the kneecap. I am resting to keep down inflammation. Rest and time (and 2 volterin a day for 5 days) = jury's still out. I've got doctors note for x-rays and cat scan appointments 10 days back but have held off as I want my knee to be in as good a shape as possible. Like the stars, things are lining up. It remains to be seen how much strength and resilience there will be. If I can do a little jog in 6 months it will be a massive victory. Not only for me but for the people of Israel and arabs all over the world and Britun.
