"Ford will concentrate its North American EV development on its new, low-cost, flexible Universal EV Platform used for smaller, more efficient EVs designed to tap into a broader range of customers." ie they will continue to work with Renault to manufacture Twingo and Renault 5 electric %&!*@ boxes, that the french are proundly touting as 'made in france' that are 'ok' for short hop city driving and that's about it.
