As we age, we lose flexibility...
I do these every day:
Stand up straight, legs apart, helps to have a wall / post just behind you.
With hands together (thumbs locked) lean back to touch the wall / post.
The further back you go then better.
Then touch either ankles/toes or ground between your feet.
I do 50.
I also do scrunches on the bench x 50.
And arms swinging x 50.
Easy when it's a habit, I do mine in the park.
