Was discussing this just now - excellent news - pal (Reform member) of mine said "Yes - they have said this before. They will leave the ECHR (you have to I believe to repeal the Equalities act) and I believe they will also look at repealing the Constitutional Reform Act 2004 or 5. These are three pillars of Blair legislation that Starkey is very hot on. Last one very much harder."
